Useful information and Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are an integral part of any accommodation contract or event booking*.
By confirming your reservation or accepting our offer, you agree to the&#;Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006, the following rules and the cancellation conditions of the Hotel Schneeberghof.

Pricing information:

All prices quoted are in euros including VAT and, if quoted, with the Schneeberghof wellness board, excluding accommodation tax of 3 € per person/night. Subject to changes and typographical errors.

Overnight stay only with breakfast:

If you only want a room with breakfast, 18 € per adult per day will be deducted from the half-board price.

Arrival and departure:

Your room will be available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. The wellness area is available to you until 6 p.m. on the day of departure.

Holiday with dog:

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. Please understand that pets are not permitted in the restaurant and in the wellness and spa area. We charge 15 € per pet, per night, without food.

Smoke-free:

We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
You are welcome to smoke on the balcony with the balcony door closed.

Room floor plans, pictures and panoramic tours:

Equipment, sizes and orientations may differ. Photos/images, tours and sketches are examples and may vary in individual rooms!

Payment options:

You are welcome to pay in cash, by debit card or credit card – VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB.

Cancellation policy for our private guests:

• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week before arrival.
• 1 week to 2 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• 2 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
• No-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee

Our cancellation policy for Christmas & New Year's Eve 23 December to 2 January

• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival.
• 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
• 2 weeks before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
• No-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee

Schneeberghof Cancellation Protection – book with peace of mind

To ensure that you can plan your stay with us with confidence from the outset, we offer our optional Schneeberghof Cancellation Protection.

For € 5 per person per night, we will waive cancellation fees in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

The cancellation protection applies in cases such as:

• sudden serious illness
• accident
• death in the immediate family
• pregnancy complications
• unexpected professional reasons
• unforeseeable obstacles to travel

This gives you maximum flexibility – and the security of knowing you are in good hands.

Otherwise, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) shall apply.

Additional Events Terms and Conditions apply for event bookings. The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 as amended also apply to all provisions not regulated in these Terms and Conditions.
