Tennis and the Schneeberghof simply belong together. With two indoor courts and three outdoor courts available to our guests, we are ideally equipped for genuine tennis holidays, including for clubs or competitive groups. Training in the morning, wellness in the afternoon – or vice versa. In between, take a trip or two to the local mountain to clear your head and improve your mental well-being. In the evening, enjoy a short training session or fitness training in our gym. Sounds like an attractive training camp, doesn't it?

The two indoor courts at Schneeberghof have carpet flooring with granulate. Unlike earlier carpet variants, the granulate makes the surface more slippery, but shoes and running feel the same as on a clay court. This makes it easier to turn your foot and body towards the ball, and the surface is easy on your joints and muscles. Our outdoor courts are equipped with artificial turf and quartz sand, offering a similar combination of functionality and playing style to the indoor surface.

For advanced players, amateur professionals and young ball artists, there are always great tournaments and training opportunities. Three times a year, the Schneeberghof hosts the SCHNEEBERGLAND ITN Open, which is held in the Schneeberghof tennis hall. The next ITN tournament in men's singles (AK-ITN 5-10 and AK-ITN-7-10) and women's singles (AK-ITN 7-10) will be held in November this year, and two further tournaments will take place next year in February (singles tournament) and March (doubles tournament).

But even beginners have the opportunity to learn more about this fascinating sport right here at the Schneeberghof. You can borrow tennis rackets and balls free of charge from reception to try out the sport, or book professional coaching sessions to learn the basic strokes such as forehand, backhand, serve and volley.

During the week, external tennis guests also have the opportunity to use the indoor pool and sauna area and relax after a strenuous game. Surcharge for wellness area €6 per person.
